100-day returns
If it isn't the fullest garland you've hung, send it back within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in the canvas sleeve they arrived in.
How to start a return
Email hello@verdanthall.com with your order number. We issue a prepaid label and refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
